Car park season tickets

Complete our online form to apply for, renew, or replace a car park season ticket.

Season tickets allow you to park in a particular car park for a three month period.

Availability and price

Residents and businesses can purchase season tickets for the following car parks. The price given is for a three month period.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition car parks (ANPR)

Season tickets for these car parks are electronic. You will not be sent a paper season ticket in the post.

  • Paradise Road Multi-Storey, Richmond - £1,073.60

Paper season ticket car parks

You will be sent a paper season ticket in the post for these car parks.

  • Church Lane Car Park, Twickenham - £748.30
  • Holly Road Car Park, Twickenham - £748.30
  • Nelson Road Car Park, Whitton - £75.70
  • Old Deer Car Park, Richmond - £897.60
  • Richmond Riverside - £466.90
  • Sheen Lane Car Park - £466.90
  • Taylor Close Car Park, Hampton Hill - £46.50 residents, £94.40 businesses 

Start date

Season tickets start on the 1st of the month. When you complete our online form, you can choose what month your season tickets starts.

Renewals

If you want to renew an existing season ticket, you just need to complete the form and select the renewal option.

It takes up to five working days to send a new ticket to you, or activate an ANPR electronic ticket. So, you should renew at least five working days before your current ticket expires.

Replacements

If you want to replace an existing season ticket, you just need to complete the form and select the replacement option.

ANPR electronic tickets

If you have an electronic ANPR ticket and have changed vehicle, you'll need to enter the registration number of your old vehicle.

Paper tickets

If you've lost a paper ticket, you need to declare this in writing on the form and explain why a replacement is needed. We will review your declaration before issuing a replacement.

Price

We charge £21 to replace a season ticket.

Timelines

It takes up to five working days to send a replacement ticket to you, or to activate an ANPR electronic ticket.

Make your application

After you complete the form

We'll check your application to make sure you're eligible. If you are, we'll send you an email to confirm this. 

We'll then aim to post your season ticket to you within five working days.

If you've applied for a season ticket at a car park that uses ANPR, we aim to activate your electronic season ticket within five working days.

If you don't receive it in this timeframe, you should contact Parking Services.

If you are not eligible

We'll email you to explain why, and we'll arrange a refund of your payment.
