If you are living in temporary accommodation, we offer appointments to discuss:

• Rent payments
• Benefit entitlement
• Additional financial support

Appointments

Appointments take place every other Tuesday from 10am to 12.30pm at the Civic Centre, Twickenham.

You will meet with a member of the Income Maximisation team.

Each appointment lasts 30 minutes.

Booking

Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

We will contact you if we need you to bring anything to your appointment.
