Benefits of ebilling

With Council Tax ebilling, you can:

• View your Council Tax bill online as soon as it’s ready
• Access your bills anytime through your Richmond Account
• Receive email alerts when a new bill is available
• Help the environment by reducing paper and printing

How to subscribe

To subscribe for ebilling, you need a Richmond Account linked to your Council Tax account.

You will first be prompted to log in, or to register if you do not already have an account.

If you already have a linked Richmond Account

If your Richmond Account is already linked to your Council Tax account:

1. Go to the Council Tax tab in your Richmond Account
2. Select the account
3. Go to ebilling and select 'subscribe now'
4. Complete the form

If you don't have a Richmond Account

If you don't have a Richmond Account yet:

1. Sign up for a Richmond Account
2. Link your Council Tax account. Ensure your details (title, name, and address) match exactly with the details stated on your Council Tax bill
3. Complete the form

How to download your bill

If you are signed up for ebilling and want a copy of your ebill, you can easily download it as a PDF.

To download:

1. Go to the Council Tax tab in your Richmond Account
2. Select the account
3. View the bill and click ‘print this page’
4. In the print options, choose ‘save as PDF’

Switch back to paper bills

If you are currently signed up for ebilling and would prefer paper bills, you'll need to unsubscribe.

To unsubscribe:

1. Go to the Council Tax tab in your Richmond Account
2. Select the account
3. Go to ebilling and select 'manage ebilling'
4. Complete the form
